How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during, major holidays and sale periods.


Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to the UK (only) is 2-3 business days.

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery to the UK (only) is 1-2 business days.
DPD or Fedex to European countries is 1-4 business days.
DPD or Fedex to USA is 2-4 business days.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 days of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How To Return My Items?

If something is not quite right you’ve got 28 days to send back your items for a full refund. Please get in contact via the Contact Us Section at the bottom of this page in order to start a return.

Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Cyflex accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

I have not received my order, where is it?

Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been shipped.
  • 
Check the tracking information that is included in your shipping confirmation email.
  • 
Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
